Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, whether via gift voucher, debit/credit card, or a combination of payment methods, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Sizing

Sizes of items vary from design to design. Please check the outlined measurements given in the description for more information.

 

Delivery

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, local events, and courier availability.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unreachable, refusing to accept the parcel, or providing an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

Any additional costs arising from re-delivery or return shipments may be borne by the customer, in accordance with the courier’s applicable policies.

We do not deliver to a PO Box address, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by customer.

At this time, we only deliver to valid street addresses within Indonesia.We are unable to ship to any international address. 

Each order can only be shipped to one (1) delivery address. For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated in accordance with JNE’s prevailing courier rates and may vary depending on the delivery location, package weight, and/or volumetric weight.

 

Delivery Time

Any estimated delivery times provided are for reference only and are subject to JNE’s operational conditions. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns & Exchange

Cash refunds are not available.

For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify our Customer Service first at idcustomercare@universaltraveller.com quoting the order number and product details to initiate the return.

Please ensure that the Return Slip and Tax Invoice are included in the parcel. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address:
