Shipping & Tracking Information

What are the available delivery options and rates?
We use JNE Shipping Company (http://www.jne.co.id) for deliveries to all cities in Indonesia. Shipping fees are calculated based on JNE’s applicable courier rates at the time of shipment.

Free shipping (up to 1 kg) is available for deliveries within the Jabodetabek area only. For shipments exceeding 1 kg or deliveries outside Jabodetabek, shipping fees will be charged according to JNE’s prevailing rates.

Once the order has been shipped, a JNE tracking number will be provided for customers to monitor the delivery status.

  1. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
  2. All orders will be processed after payment has been successfully received. Payments made outside business hours will be processed on the following business day.
  3. Please note that delivery may take longer during sale events or peak season.
  4. Please check your delivery status on the shipping & tracking page.

Shipping charges may be calculated based on volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

What should I do If I realize my personal information is incorrect after completing the checkout?

If you notice any inaccuracies in your personal details after completing the checkout process, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once the items have been shipped. 

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or invalid, the courier will contact you using the telephone number provided at checkout. If there’s additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery to a new address will be borne by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

 

How can I track my order status?

Please be aware that once your parcel has been handed over to our logistic partner, you will have to trace your parcel with the following logistic partner.

  1. You may click on the tracking number that is sent to your email once we’ve shipped your parcel.
